Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 calendar days after delivery, without providing any reason. This right of withdrawal applies only to standard products in their original, unopened, undamaged, and resellable packaging.

Returns are only possible after prior consultation and approval. Please contact us via Systeemplafondkopen.be.

The return shipping costs are entirely at the buyer’s expense. In addition, a handling fee of at least €150, with a maximum of 10% of the purchase amount, will be charged per return. For standard products, a 10% price reduction is also applied upon return.

Instead of a monetary refund, you will receive a voucher for the adjusted amount (after deduction of return costs, handling fee, and price reduction). This voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Exclusions:

The following items are excluded from returns and the right of withdrawal:

  • Products that were specially ordered or custom-made.

  • Items with specific dimensions, colours (except standard white or black), or finishes that differ from the regular assortment.

  • Items that are opened, damaged, or not in their original condition.

Exchanges?

Exchanging a product is only possible for standard products and always after consultation. You are responsible for the return costs. The conditions mentioned above also apply.

Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our best to deliver your order quickly. Orders placed before 5:30 PM are usually shipped the same business day. In some cases, delivery may take longer.

Within Belgium, shipping is generally free unless stated otherwise.

For free/franco deliveries, the following rules apply:
Minimum amount of €1,000.00 within a radius of 50 km
or a minimum amount of €1,500.00 within a radius of 100 km
or a minimum amount of €2,500.00 with no distance limitation within Belgium.

Delivery usually takes place within 3 working days, but no guarantee is given.
